REVIEW: Urban Decay's 24/7 Glide-on Lip Pencil

Ever hear of the 24/7 Glide-On Lip Pencil from Urban Decay? It's a companion formula to their excellent 24/7 Glide-On Eye Pencil waterproof liners. These lip liners just may pass the boyfriend test! The lip liner is available in five shades so far (WICKED, HEAVY, NAKED, ENVIOUS, AND GASH), as well as a transparent liner (OZONE) to fix mistakes and prevent feathering. If you've ever wanted a foolproof way to keep your lip gloss from slithering off your lips, Urban Decay has your answer. This clear lip pencil goes on smooth and invisible, but keeps your gloss from slithering south. Clear lip pencil is also a great way to make sure your favorite lipstick matches your liner, no matter what. There are three light shades of pinky-nude, a mauve berry called Envious which will go perfectly with fall's purple colors, and old favorite super red Gash (yes, the same as the eye shadow). They all go on smooth and creamy, with lots of color.

When using a 24/7 Lip Pencil under lipstick all over your lips, it really extends the wear-time of the lipstick; You can wear it for at least 4 hours without retouching your lipstick, through drinks, maybe even dinner!

SUMMER MAKEUP TIPS!

Summer is the time to give your body the healthy tan and protect it from the horrors of sunburn, baked and dry lips and even sun-scorched skin cancer! There are some makeup disasters that can happen in summer sun and a relaxing beach noon that we do not pay adequate attention too. Here we are going to discuss them along with some other tips to keep you pretty like sunshine:
Avoid lip liner.
Dewy face with the lightest veil of translucent powder is the right summer look.
Gold shimmer like (Midnight Cowboy) under brows or across cheekbones can be a luxury you can use.
In case, you haven't taken the precaution already and the damage is already done, use a foundation with the shade of your tanned skin to cover the area under your eyes and blend it well with the rest of the face. Then use nude or light brown eye shadow to give them a natural look.
Light shade of bronzer on cheekbones and chin gives you a beautiful suntan. (Get Baked Bronzer)
Sunglasses protect your eyes but do not stop the sun from tanning the rest of your face, resulting in eyes with paler skin around it than the rest of the face. To avoid this, generously rub sunscreen with SPF 30 with a broad spectrum over your entire face and body every two hours.
Use eyeliner pencil of slate gray, warm chocolate or navy shades with a light hand.
Warm, sunny, bright blush can be used.
Wear only natural nude shades as lip colors while going out to the beach. If you cannot resist the temptation of using liquid lipstick while on the honeymoon in a tropical island, keep it inside the cooler for your soda or carry it in a pot or tube with a wand. If your bullet is going soft, try to cool it a little by placing it in a fridge or near an air conditioner.

Liquid Foundation - HALLUCINATION

So today I needed to replenish my Liquid Foundation from Urban Decay. My color is HALLUCINATION. Since I got it today, I decided to blog about it and tell you a bit more about this fantastic product! In addition to Hallucination, they have other shades from light to dark. Illusion is the lightest shade and is a fair shade, suitable for really light porcelain doll skin. The order goes as follows: ILLUSION - NIRVANA - DREAM - SUPERNOVA - HALLUCINATION - VISION - TRANCE - MIRAGE. There is a shade for everyone! The light and silky texture of the Urban Decay Surreal Skin Liquid Foundation provides medium coverage and will slip right on.

Wear it alone or with the Surreal Skin Mineral Makeup and you are good to go! As a guy, I don't like looking like I have foundation on, but this miracle liquid, which come in the sexiest purple genie bottle, is perfect for me! You can layer it all over for a more polished look, or just in those places where you need it--total flexibility and it won't cake!
Doesn't irritate sensitive skin

Farewell to a Rock Legend - Michael Jackson

Michael Jackson was one of the people I looked up to as a child and one who inspired me to become a dancer and do what I do on stage. He will never be forgotten. I love you, Michael!

New Liquid Liners in Minx and Ecstasy

Urban Decay just released 2 more of their already popular Liquid Liners. First of all, these Liquid Liners friggin' rock out! They come in the cutest bottle with a great brush for precision application. Some of my previous favorite colors were Radium and Honey. But NOW, UD has added MORE amazing colors to the mix - MINX and ECSTASY.

MINX is a bright teal that reminds me of UD's 24/7 Glide-on Eye Pencil in Flipside, but just in liquid form. It so amazing! When I finally got my hands on it, I fell in love. I immediately ran to my bathroom and tried it on! Rock Out! To make it pop even more I added the Heavy Metal Glitter Eyeliner in Stagedive for that added Ooomph!
It's plainly obvious that Urban Decay's color is Purple! So to follow in tradition, UD released their other Liquid Liner shade in ECSTASY - a bright purple. Even as a kid I've loved purple. Using my mom's makeup and trying it on my sister (she was always my test subject when we were kids). This purple brought me back! It's such a hot color! I paired this Liquid Liner ECSTASY with Heavy Metal Glitter Eyeliner in Metalhead. Just for added flair, I even did my eyes with eyeshadow cuz I was so excited to see the full potential of this color! I used Purple Haze and Perversion as my colors with El Dorado as a highlight for the inner corners of my eyes. For under my brows, I used Maui Wowie. End result.......Royal Rockstar! Or was it a more glammed up homage to the LAKERS? Who knows, but it looked hot!
